How can I book a tour?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, bank transfers, Yape, and Plin. All payments are processed through secure, certified payment platforms.
Do the tours include meals?
Most of our full-day tours include breakfast or lunch. Our tour packages and treks include full meals. Please check the “What’s Included” section for each tour.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations made 15 to 7 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable due to costs already committed, such as entrance tickets, train tickets, and hotels.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Our low-difficulty full-day tours, such as the Sacred Valley and City Tour, are ideal for families. For treks and destinations at altitudes above 4,500 meters (14,764 feet), we recommend a minimum age of 12.
How far in advance should I book?
The Inca Trail requires booking 4–6 months in advance due to limited availability. Machu Picchu should be booked 2–3 weeks in advance. The rest of our tours can be confirmed 48 hours in advance.
